I'm Maniesha-a certified Performance Capacity Coach and counsellor based in London . My work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership, behaviour, and performance . I support tech startup founders, CEOs, and leadership teams who are operating in environments of growth, change, complexity, or pressure . Rather than quick fixes or generic "take a break" advice, I help you understand what may be getting in the way of clear thinking and effective action . We look beyond the immediate problem to identify patterns, internal friction, decision-making habits, and responses to pressure . With over 20 years of experience across coaching, counselling, and assessment and lived insight into founder life, investor dynamics, neurodiversity, and addiction recovery, I bring a rare combination of psychological insight and practical performance tools to every session .
