As someone that has worked both sides of the digital marketing and design industry, it is my belief that an agency’s role is so much more than delivering a positive ROI, it is about helping businesses learn and understand digital marketing in manageable chunks, to be honest about their skills sets so they are able to work with the best digital partners and to create digital campaigns that give back control so that one day the campaign can be taken over by an SME’s internal marketing company if and when they choose.
