The Distress Centre provides free crisis counselling services over the phone and online. To demonstrate Distress Centre’s services and the important role its volunteers play, we created a mobile website that mimicked the look, feel and function of a smart phone. We created a fake phone call on the user's phone that simulated one that a volunteer might get, and brought the user into an experience.
